Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Thank you for being a client at Esthetica Organic Skin Boutique! In order to keep our provider/client relationship strong, I want to take the time to spell out our cancellation policies so there is never a question about what is expected on both of our parts.

Esthetica Organic Skin Boutique is appointment based. For that reason, it is our policy to charge clients with less than 24 hours notice 50% of their service.

NO-SHOW appointments will be charged the full amount of your scheduled service. We reserve your appointment time for you and when you don’t show for your appointment, our staff still deserves to be paid.

If you need to make changes to your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. A quick call or text is appreciated. Please no Facebook or Messenger as I do not check those sites frequently. Telephone for calls and texts: (716) 544-7361

If you arrive 15 minutes late for your appointment you will be seen for the remainder of your service time depending on your scheduled treatment, and a portion of your service will be omitted so your skin specialist can end on time and not be late for their next appointment. You will still be charged for the entire appointment.

By scheduling an appointment you understand the policies of Esthetica Organic Skin Boutique and by giving us your credit card to hold on file you understand that if your appointment is missed, you will be charged the full amount of your scheduled service. All walk-outs and cancellations at the time of your scheduled treatment will be charged the full service scheduled. All sales are final.
